You can take a free transfer to the beach using an electric boat to cross the lagoon. Laundry and Nursery are available. The Clubhouse has the following facilities: Pool, SPA, Sauna, Gym and Restaurant, Cinema and Free-internet Zone. There are Tennis and Squash Courts for your fitness. Saturdays you have also free diving classes and a free personal trainer is at your disposal.
Car, bike and golf-cars rental services can be requested. Daily fresh bread and milk can be also delivered directly by yours, by request. For your free time the condominium has Tours advisers that can help you. A private beach with lifeguard and more than 3 km long, framed with coconut trees is the perfect spot to relax. The condominium has 24 hrs security.

THE RESORT


An 18 hole Golf Court and a Tennis Courts Complex where the Brazil Opens takes place. Also a Water Sports Complex and Riding Center can be enjoyed. The heart of the resort is the little typical village of “Vila Nova da Praia”. Around the main square, you can find several restaurants and a shopping area with Daily Music Shows that take place in a typical bandstand. You can also visit the new ecological adventures attraction, the Sauípe Eco-Park installed in a 66 ha Atlantic rain forest.

Living Room

THE REGION


At the Sauipe Eco-Park is hosted the Natural Sciences Museum, built in partnership with the German researcher Rolf Grantsau and the American Museum of Natural History NY. Surrounded by luxury vegetation the visitor can practice lots of adventure tourism modalities like: Tyrolean transverse circuit, mountain bike or interpretative trails. “Praia do Forte” 15 km away from the Resort is a little fishing village and also a heaven to shopping or amusement. There are a lots of restaurants where you can taste the typical Bahian cuisine with a diversity of plates founded in the, Portuguese, African and Native culinary. If you are a naturism lover, 10 km from the resort, you can find the first naturism beach, created in Brazil, in Massarandupió, in the municipality of “Entre os Rios”.

Living Room

HOW TO ARRIVE


From the International Airport of Salvador, following the direction of “Aracajú” and “Costa de Sauípe". At the end, at the Green Line highway (the first eco friendly highway in Brazil), at Praia do Forte, take the national road BA099 until km 74. The resort is 70 km away (50 min by car) from Salvador’s International Airport.
The Condominium "Quintas de Sauípe" belongs to the Resort "Costa de Sauípe". At the main gate of the resort, you have to identify yourself and transmit your accommodation place (“Quintas de Sauípe”). Inside the resort, you have to follow the main road until the Horse Riding Center that appears on your right side. After the Riding Center at the fist junction, turn on the left. “Quintas de Sauípe” is the second residential condominium that you will find on your right side.
A transfer from the airport to the resort can be hired, with the reservation. Taking a taxi at the airport costs around 200 R$ (80 €).

RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA


In the condominium’s restaurant you can taste several typical bahian plates. In the village, you can also find several restaurants. 5 km from the resort, in direction of Praia do Forte at km 68, in Diogo Village, do not forget to visit the "Sombra da Mangueira", with the best Moqueca de Camarão (Shrimps Stew) that I ever taste. If you visit Salvador, try to lunch at "Tempero da Dada" or to take dinner at "Trapiche da Adelaide".

TO VISIT


There are lots of wonderful natural and historical places to visit in the Coconut Cost, from the resort until Salvador. Please take time to visit the fishing village of Arembepe, with his hippie community that lives in several rustic huts since the 70’s.
Don’t forget to make a trip to “Mangue Seco” or to visit the Tamar Project in “Praia do Forte”.
In Salvador visit his historical centre “Pelourinho”, his famous church “Igreja do Bonfim” or another of the 365 existing churches. Museums, or art galleries are also a great choice. If you have an extra time, visit the island “Morro de São Paulo”.

The villa has a management agent. He will be responsible for the delivery of the keys at your arrival and for the caution during your stay.
He will carry out an inventory check, at your arrival and at your exit. He speaks Portuguese, English and German.
At the "Concierge" you'll find all the information about places to visit, car, bike or golf car rentals. The Condominium is located in a very security resort with 24hrs surveillance.
The mean temperatures have a low range during all the year. They range over 24 ºC and 28º in winter (Jul-Set) or over 26ºC and 30ºC in summer (Dez-Fev). All the suites of the villa have Air Conditioner. They are only useful in summer.
