The unique large holiday villa is set on the famous Playa de Palma beach. This modern villa comprises of a private pool, 300 m of sun terraces, BBQ grill, outside kitchen, 7 rooms with queen-sized bed, 4 bathrooms, air-conditioning everywhere, central heating, table tennis and internet. The villa is set in a quiet privileged place close to Palma de Majorca and only 200 m to the beach. Because of the fantastic infrastructure you can reach the legendary beach, as well as shops, restaurants, popular bars and discos.

This comfortable vacation home has 7 double rooms, 4 bathrooms, 75 sqm of living room with open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning and central heating. Because of the perfect infrastructure you can reach the legendary beach as well as supermarkets, shops, boutiques, restaurants, beach cafes, bars, popular discos and night clubs in a short walking distance. The rental price per day is from 175 up to 650 Euros for the whole house, depending on the number of persons and the season. Our house is very clean and comfortable. It is managed for many years very professional & very correctly.

The spacious living room in Penthouse style with fire place, comfortable TV-corner and large dining area are waiting for you. The very well-kept house comprises of 7 different furnished bedrooms (queen and king size) with 4 bathrooms. All our rooms have air conditioning, central heating, curtains, roll downs and are anti allergical. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, two big fridges, one freezer, pantry and dining areas for 17 persons. All the rooms of the villa could be shaded by the roller. You have the possibility to use with your laptop the WLAN-WIFI free access to internet 6 MB/sec. or a modem and unlimited phones called to all European country through our VoIP pages. We are prepared for baby and children visit and even dogs or cats very well. In the pool area we have many children games and toys for entertainment for free.

Very spacious holiday villa with 350 sqm of living area, private pool and perfect infrastructure in the popular holiday location of Playa de Palma, is situated in a quiet area only 200 meters from the beach. All 7 bedrooms have king size beds, air-conditioning, central heating, living room of 75 sqm in a penthouse style, fireplace, 300 sqm of sun terraces, table tennis, children's toys, baby pool and BBQ grill with outdoor kitchen. Up to 50% discount for small groups of six persons. The price doesn’t include the cleaning cost of 300 Euro, every other running cost and fees are included.

Booking conditions.


After booking you have to pay in advance 50 % to our bank account. We recommend you to book a travel insurance in the internet. Additionaly we work with our business partner HomeAway, who insures all guest payments up to 4000 Euros against financial risk, fraude or not availibility of the booked house. We make the insurance for all our clients automatically. For groups up to 6 persons we provide during the low season a special discount of 50% and during the middle- and the high season 30% discount on the normal rental prices. The total amount must be paid in advance 3 months before arrival because of these special high discounts. Then you pay only 500 Euros instead of 1000 Euros security deposit. It is high recommendable to book the anti damage insurance that covers any damages during the holiday stay of your group and costs only 10 Euro / person. The anti damage deposit will be refunded after inspection by the landlord or his key holder within two weeks by bank.
