About the area


• Marmari is a small village located in the south of the island Evia.
• An unforgettable landscape , hard to describe with simple words,
• A pure nature with mountains , and beaches with golden sand.
• A destination that has not yet been discovered by tourists.
• 1 hour journey by boat from the port of Rafina, which is
• 20 minutes away from the centre of Athens or from the airport of Eleftherios
• Venizelos.
The house is 600 m from the port, in the village of Marmari , and 10km away from
Karistos which is the capital of south Evia..
The house is in the second parallel street from the sea, with a 2 km long beach with fine sand and big trees,called almirikia that provide a natural shade all day long.
At the end of this beach there is also a beach bar playing a variery of music.
Marmari is opposite the complex of islands ,named Petali, only 3 miles away.
The whole district of south Evia is full of primitive , traditional villages and beaches out of reach of tourists , that’s why you can go there only on a 4X4 car.
Possibility for daily excersions,
a) From Rafina to Athens (Monuments - Museums - Sightseeings
b) From Kimi to Sporades (Skiathos - Skopelos Alonisos - Skiros) & Pilio
Ideal mountains, for hiking, climbing, treking, and biking, also the area is ideal for surfing, skiing and diving activities

General info about the house


From the house you can go for a walk either on the beach which takes you 3 min on feet ,up to the mountain or to the village which takes you 10 min on feet.
The house has two pools , one in the garden and the other inside the living room of the ground floor . In the garden there is an open air living space under a pergola ,a bar, a barbeque,and a toilet.
The whole building has 4 living rooms , 4 master bedrooms,each with a jaccuzi ,
5 simple bedrooms, 6 fully equipped kitchenettes, and 7 toiletes.
The apartments are fully equipped with washing machine,instant hot water,dishwasher, satellite TV, DVD ,A/C for every room even for the attics

The Ground Floor


On the ground floor there is a duplex apartment (loft) which has main entrance from the garden. It has a big living room with a warmed swimming pool, kitchen bar, dressing room ,separated WC and douche,and a smaller room,between the living room and the pool.
From the living room there are stairs that lead you to the upper level, which is an open space,with a view to the living room,the inside pool and the garden.This upper level has 1master bedroom with a toilet with a jaccuzi in it. It also has a kitchenette and a little living room – bedroom, viewing the indoor pool.
This apartment has a splendid view to the garden and the outdoor pool.
When the big glass doors are open , the living room and the garden are in one level

The first Floor


On the first floor, the apartment has a living room with a kitchenette fully equipped, and 2 bedrooms .
The one, has a private little garden, east oriented, facing the mountain and the other, together with the living room, shares a 10 m long south oriented veranda , viewing on the garden with the pool, the sea , the islands Petalii and unforgettable sun sets.

The second floor


On the 2nd floor there are two separate duplex apartments that can be made into one.
This floor has 2 master bedrooms with 2 jaccuzis in them, plus a WC –douche with a dressing., and an east oriented veranda facing the mountain.
The living room has two fully equipped kitchenette and a 10 m veranda with a splendid view to the sea , the garden and the pool.
In the living room there are also two stairs which lead to two different attics
The attics are ideal for children and teenagers.They have plenty of space, wardrobes and windows from which you can see the sky , and the sea.
