The fully equipped kitchen, with Miele dishwasher, fridge/freezer/icemaker and water purifier leads into the spacious lounge/dining room, which features large glass wide opening patio doors on opposite sides to keep the whole room cool, assisted by paddle fans, enabling tropical outdoor/indoor living. The rear patio doors open onto the walled stonework terrace giving privacy and seclusion. The pool area has plenty of sunloungers, chairs and dining furniture for eight and the whole property is surrounded by tropical gardens. Two minutes stroll takes you to the beautiful white sand beach, lapped by calm clear water. Gated security, maid service, reception and restaurant onsite.There are two televisions, the small one in the lounge playing DVDs only, the larger one downstairs playing DVDs also, and cable TV. The music system includes an Ipod dock, and also plays iphones. <BR>Lime Hill has an on the spot agent, who aims to visit you shortly after your arrival. A hire car is useful but not essential, there normally being a free hourly boat ferry to Nelsons Dockyard , 2 minutes away, during the high season, food shop and many more restaurants easily reached a short walk from the Dockyard.<BR>
