Maritsa villa is a luxury property located outside the picturesque and peaceful Bulgarian village of Maritsa, just 45 minutes from Sofia. It has extensive panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges and forest. <BR><BR>The villa offers generous accommodation, with two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a bathroom. The property comfortably sleeps 4 people but can accommodate a total of 6 people. There is a hallway with door leading to the store/utility room, bedrooms, open plan kitchen, dining and living area.<BR>In the living room there is a wood burner, which provides heat for the central heating system. From the living room a door leads outside to the patio and built in BBQ.<BR><BR><BR>Villa Estate Maritsa provides a relaxing and secluded environment ideal for exploring the Rila mountain range, it is perfect for anyone interested in climbing, hiking, biking, fishing, horse riding, skiing and sightseeing. These is a golf course 30 minutes away and also a flying school located only 5 minutes from the estate.<BR><BR>Local Area<BR>Within 10 minutes’ drive from the house is the mountain ski resort of Borovets, being Bulgaria’s oldest established ski resort. It is built on the slopes of Mount Mussala, which at nearly 3,000 metres above sea level is one of the highest peaks in the Balkans.<BR><BR>
