Within a 3 minute walk is a supermarket. It will take only a few minutes to walk to a number of restaurants and bars. The beach is within easy walking distance. No smoking and no pets. The waterpark is only a 2 minute walk from the apartment.<BR>

Amadeus III is ideally situated in a quiet residential area of Sunnybeach within 600m of the beach and 100m of Action Water park. The centre of Sunnybeach (the Kuban hotel) where bars, restaurants and transport links are within 300m. There is parking to the side of Amadeus III. There is a large adult swimming pool and smaller childs pool with paved surround.

The layout includes open plan living/dining leading out via patio doors to the sunny balcony. The balcony has superb pool views catching the sun from morning until late evening. There is an ample kitchen area with oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave also with washing machine: a bathroom with WC, basin and shower cubicle, and one double and one twin bedroom each with large wardrobes. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The high windows let in plenty of light and afford splendid views.
