LOCATION AND FACILITIES

Marina View Fort Beach is a beach front location which enjoys stunning panoramic views across a beautiful bay towards Sunny Beach and the ancient town of Nessabar. Facilities on the complex include 9 pools,some with jacuzzis and one wave pool, a private beach, tennis court, restaurants, supermarket, internet access, fitness club and sauna,childrens playgrounds.The complex is set on grounds which slope gradually down towards the sea and therefore the apartment ,although accessed from the ground floor ,has lovely sea and pool views from the raised first floor balcony. FURNISHINGS The apartment is beautifully furnished in a modern contemporary design, with leather sofas and beech wood furniture. The kitchen is beech with silver appliances and fitted to the highest standard. Fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob and microwave. Both living area and bedrooms are air conditioned. Tv , dvd and xbox with selection of games available for guests use in living room. Towels and bed linen are provided. Guests should provide their own beach towels.

“Everything was fine - apartment is clean, equip with all essential things for living (TV, kitchen equipment) and quite pleasant see view. One comment about kitchen - very small cooking surface. Now about the Fort Noks Complex and surrounding: 1.Very narrow beach. If Fort Noks is fully occupied the beach hardly holds all tenants of the complex. 2.Quite steep stairs to the beach. It is real challenge to go down and up with a baby in your arms... 3.Food: 3 restaurants in the complex. Food is not expensive but not very tasty as well. 4. 2 grocery stores. But there is no fresh meat or fish - only deep-frozen convenience foods. For those people who come here with small children (I think 99% of total) it is quite inconveniently. 5. But frankly speaking it is not fault of Fort Noks. We didnt find any fresh meat or fish in St Vlas village also. That actually very strange for agricultural country and seaside location... But except these 5 comments our vacation was EXCELLENT: apartment, complex facilities and of course Black sea were just great!!! ”

“Had a few problems on 1st day,but owner quickly rectified. A lovely spacious apartement with nice furnishings. Xbox and internet were good for me and my young lad. Plenty games and dvds. Supermarket in the complex was expensive for Bulgaria. But go 2 kilometres and you will find one a third of the price. Car parking was a lottery but we managed to get one most days. In all a great complex for families but you need a car to get around as taxis are 5 times the price of Sofia where we travelled from. Visit Nesebar about 12 km away, a beautiful old town with lots great inexpensive resturants and cheap markets. All in all a pleasant holiday.”

“Apartment it is very conveniently located. It has a really nice sea view. Very purely, good equipment of kitchen has a fine appearance from a window. St.Vlas is about 30 minutes walking distance or 2 bus stops. There are a lot of supermarkets ,where possible to buy fresh meat and others goods. ”

“Ideal destination for a summer holiday. The property was always quiet with easy access to all the pools, sea and site ameities as well as being ideally placed for accessing bus routes should they be required. Excellent pick up and return service to the airport by the management company started and ended the holiday in an easy and ideal manner. No car was required throughout the duration and although site shops can be slightly expensive it is easy to access the town to reduce costs.The accomdation was more than adequate and I would happily,return here for future holidays.”
