The property

These newly built and furnished detached holiday houses offer you everything you need in the charming alpine Wildschönau Valley with its four villages, Niederau, Oberau, Auffach and Thierbach lies in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps.<BR><BR>You can park your car undercover in a car port attached to the house. Each house has approximately 110 m2 living area. The ground floor consists of an open plan tastefully decorated living/dining room/ kitchen, with satellite TV, stereo, DVD player, internet connection and telephone. From here you can step out onto an 18 m2 stone terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted with all up to date appliances. A washing machine is in the utility room opposite the downstairs toilet.<BR>An attractive wooden staircase takes you up to the three double bedrooms, two with balcony. Payment can be made direct at the supermarket.<BR><BR>If you would like we can order your lift pass (prices attached) in advance (no extra cost for the service) enabling you to start skiing immediately without wasting precious time queuing at the lift pass counter. You can also pre-book your ski school tickets.
