Bansko

When we wandered down in to Bansko old town for the first time we fell in love with its charm from the large number of mehanas, to the church, to the square, to the mountain aspects, to the locals, etc.<BR><BR>And one of the great aspects of a holiday to Bansko, for us, is the cuisine. There are loads of different mehanas (restaurants) for you to choose from, offering a huge variety of local dishes and if you try nothing else then you must try the sache. The locals are friendly and generally speak good English and its great fun to try out our Bulgarian - they are very encouraging!<BR><BR>We can offer all manner of help and advice on all aspects of a holiday in our apartment, from where you can fly from (in the UK) to where the best restaurants can be found. So, if theres something about our apartment that you need to know then please ask and well do our best to help you. <BR>

Skiing and Snowboarding

Bansko is well suited for skiers and snowboarders alike with a total ski run length of 65km covering 14 pistes. Not only that but you can ski from the peak (Todorka) all the way to the outskirts of town, a length of 16 kilometers. If youre a beginner then dont worry as Bansko is particularly well suited to beginners.<BR><BR>We can help you to book skis, boots, lessons, etc.<BR>

The Apartment

This is a luxury one bedroom, self catering apartment that is ideally located between the gondola base station and the town centre. The apartment is fully furnished and offers accommodation for up to five people with a double bed in the bedroom, and both a double and single sofa bed in the living room.<BR><BR>Included within the rental price you also have unlimited use of the hot tub, sauna and fitness gym. Also, the apartment complex provides a bar and restaurant, room service, massage, and an internet club all available without leaving the building.<BR><BR>You dont worry if you need someone to point you in the direction of the nearest mehana or the local shops as the reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during the main ski season, so there will always be someone there to help.
