Apartment One Ground Floor

The Ground floor apartment consists of 1 double bedroom, with bedside cabinets.<BR>There is a built in wardrobe/cupboard and dressing table in the hall next to the bedroom.<BR>A large lounge with corner sofa and a double sofa bed (for occasional use only).<BR>A Tv and DVD player.<BR>A wood burner with radiators.<BR>A fully equipped kitchen with dining area.<BR>Shower room with basin and wc.<BR>The floor is tiled throughout and has double glazing.<BR><BR>There is a patio area.<BR><BR>Bed linen is provided but not towels unless previously arranged with us (see extra charges)

About this property/Prices

The property is a village house, which has been converted into 2 apartments ideally suited to a couple per apartment.<BR>There are double sofa beds in each lounge of each apartment, so the number of people can increase to 2 couples per apartment maximum (though not recommended for med-long term lets)<BR><BR>The propery can be rented as a whole for privacy, and we can offer a reduced rate for this.<BR><BR>Payment can be made in Euro, Sterling or Bgn and prices are as follows.....<BR><BR>Short Stays are 1-4 weeks at a cost of 170 EURO/330 bgn per week per apartment<BR><BR>Medium Stays are 5-8 weeks at a cost of 140 EURO/275 Bgn per week per apartment<BR>(4 weeks paid in advance, plus a *damages deposit.) <BR> <BR>Long Stays are 9 plus weeks at a cost of 100 EURO/195 Bgn per week per apartment<BR>(4 weeks paid in advance, plus a *damages deposit.)<BR><BR>Electricity and logs are included in the price for short term lets only.<BR><BR>Electricity is charged extra on arrival during medium and long lets and will be agreed before arrival but charged at a rate per unit payable 4 weekly.<BR>(If only one apartment is being rented, the renter is responsible for full payment of the electricity bill)<BR><BR>*A damage deposit of 300 euro (585 leva) is due on arrival for medium and long Stays, this will be returned to you on the day you leave, after all checks are made to the apartment.<BR>

Apartment Two- First Floor

The First floor apartment consists of 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside cabinets and dressing table.<BR>Into the hall where there is a dining table and chairs, is the shower room, with a basin and wc.<BR>Through the hall to the fully equipped kitchen, and then to the lounge which has a sofa, a tv and DVD player.<BR>The floors are all laminated, except for the bathroom and kitchen and double glazed throughout. <BR>Heating is via 2 air conditioning units at either end of the apartment, which also cools in the summer.<BR><BR><BR>Gas heaters are available as back up.<BR><BR>There is a covered balcony and a sun terrace which has views to the surrounding countryside and mountains.<BR><BR>Bed linen is provided but not towels unless previously arranged with us (see extra charges)<BR><BR>-<BR>Garden and other areas<BR><BR>The garden is fenced all round, and has some trees which provide privacy during the warmer months.<BR>Another room has use of a washing machine, and there is an iron and board available.<BR>There are clothes airers for your use.<BR><BR>The water and electricity supplies to the village occasionally have interruptions, this is entirely beyond our control and we hope it will not spoil your enjoyment of our village.<BR><BR>If you require collection from the airports or car hire please request details.<BR> <BR>The furniture description may vary. <BR>Prices may change without notice
