We fell in love with this property as soon as we viewed it it has stunning views especially at night over the bay of nessebar and sunny beach it is private and surrounded by a stone wall ,it has a very large pool and garden also each room has its own set of keys so that whether renting with family or friends your privacy is assured

“The villa far exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Each room was superbly equipped, all having air con, kettle, fridge satellite tv, iron and ironing board and hairdryers. I could have travelled lighter! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything youre likely to ever need. Washing machine very useful. Very well laid out villa, balconies with wonderful views. Lovely pool and fruit filled gardens. Definitely recommended.We opted for the welcome pack and it was really good. Its quite a walk into Sveti Vlas centre, roads are not good so take comfy shoes. ”

“The villa was situated on a building site half way up a mountain with no road,90% of taxis point blank refused to drive up and the ones that did said they wouldnt go up again. The pool broke down on three occasions and on the fourth breakdown we had no pool for the rest of our holiday{4 days}. this villa is not suitable if you have children in pushchairs or if you have trouble walking as it is a very rough track down the moutain.Its a 30 minute walk to sunnybeach and a 20 minute walk to vlas and if you go out late then you need to take a torch.”

“Had to rake and clean the yard to avoid trash, tree leaves and branches in the pool. No pool equipment to clean pool. Not even a screening net. Pool management never came to clean the pool. Some came to test the water for ph clarity but that did not make since because the pool was dirty. Every day promises were made from management of a clean pool, which never happened. Therefore we could no enjoy a clean pool. Kiddee pool was very dirty and filter only worked after 4 days. The house itself, not the pool(s) was very enjoyable and kid friendly.”

“We feel the property is good value for money in a nice area, ie. St Vlas - a lovely quiet village with a not too busy beach, unlike Sunny Beach (very busy) Villa 25 minute walk from village, 15 minutes of which is on a very rough dirt track, which is dangerous in the dark as there are no street lights and pot holes! The beach is a further 10 minutes from the village. A car is pretty essential as taxis will only take you half-way to villa due to poor quality of dirt track. You can organise a car at Tourist Information in St Vlas. You really need Tom (who is a nice guy) to pick you up from the airport as you wont find the villa which has no address. He can also organise a welcome pack which provides essentials (eg milk, bread, ham etc) upon arrival. We feel this is advisable due to distance of villa to village. The villa easily sleeps six ie. three independant couples. The villa has two floors, the upstairs has two double rooms with bathrooms, both of which are independant from each other. There is also a balcony with good views towards Sunny Beach. Enjoy you stay we did Colin and Amanda ”

“ Absolutely fantastic villa wonderful views of Nessebar, Sveti Vlas and Sunny beach.Three massive double bedrooms rooms,three bathrooms a lounge(sofa converts to double bed) Also two fitted kitchens(one in the summer house) there were eight of us and we had loads of room.The pool was enjoyed greatly by all of us.Ok so the road is not great but we drove our hire car up it daily its just a steady drive for five minutes no damage was caused to the car ! Dont listen to other peoples moaning. If you dont get a hire car, taxis wont go up the hill most of us can walk half a mile im sure. ”

“The villa was very good value for money. The pool problems recently reviewed have been resolved - the pool was lovely - pool guy is now a very friendly English bloke and very helpful and efficient. The villa is as described- loads of stuff hairdryers, irons etc. - kitchen is fine and even has an oven. We hired a car for most of our holiday and we would say it is a necessity - the track to the main road was very rough, though walkable - dont attempt to do flip flops or buggies and there is no shade at any time of day. The views from the villa are excellent across Sunny Beach. The management of the villa was fine - Tom was very helpful - I would say if you are not familiar with the area you would need him to pick you up at the airport as it would be difficult to find - plus you dont have the hassle of collecting the keys. ”

“we had a fantastic two weeks in villa rose. the villa was excellent and had everything we needed. views were even better than expected and pool was enjoyed by us all every day. tom and louis(the pool guy)were extremely helpful and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone as it is in a fantastic location and very close to sunny beach and sveti vlas.the road is not great but we travelled it everyday with no damage to our hired car.”
