The pool faces South-East and enjoys the sun from sunrise until late afternoon or early evening. <BR><BR>The larger-than-average pool deck is 50' by 20' to provide plenty of space for lazing in the sun or shade on one of the sun beds provided. The "lanai" (covered part of the pool deck) is enclosed on 3 sides for added privacy and is equipped with a large table and chairs for outdoor eating a gas BBQ with free refills, a light and ceiling fan. <BR><BR>The pool is heated by an electric heat pump (rather than relying on solar heating) to guarantee warm swimming every single day of the year. In addition there is a "spa" (whirlpool/jacuzzi) with space for 8. A shower is installed on the pool deck.<BR><BR>You can relax and enjoy your vacation with no worries. Our villa is overseen by a friendly and efficient local management company. They are there to replace broken light bulbs and arrange repairs for anything that breaks during your visit. They will ensure that your vacation is completely trouble-free.

The villa comprises a "Great Room" (large lounge) with cathedral ceiling, "den/family room" which converts into a fourth double bedroom if required, three bedrooms (one king, one queen, and one twin), two bathrooms (master with a jacuzzi/spa bath and a large separate walk-in shower), fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and separate family dining area. <BR><BR>The entire rear of the villa is glazed, fitted with four sets of patio doors leading out to the lanai and caged pool deck, which is accessible directly from the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, dining area and the "Great Room". <BR><BR>The double garage with remote-controlled opener provides a shady place to leave your car when "at home" and also includes a full-sized washer and dryer. <BR><BR>

This spacious 3/4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa was built on an over-sized lot approaching 1/3 acre. The adjacent lots on both sides are vacant creating a haven for birds and wildlife.<BR><BR>At the rear of the villa is the electrically heated pool, spa and large lawned area leading down to the Rotonda river.<BR><BR>The Gulf Coast beaches which are within an easy 12 minute drive from the villa are rarely busy. Golfers will find a huge choice within 5 to 15 minutes with several courses within Rotonda itself. Shoppers will find a wide range of shops from small family run places to huge modern malls within easy range. A choice of nearby large supermarkets offer everything you could need for a family vacation at reasonable prices. <BR><BR>Bird watchers and nature lovers will find a wide variety of birds and other wildlife both on Rotonda itself which is a wildlife sanctuary, and also at the beach. Fishermen will be spoilt for choice both on the beach, in the intra-coastal waterway and in the river at the rear of the villa. <BR><BR>Finally, for those who need an adrenalin shot, there are many major attractions and places of interest including Disney, Busch Gardens and the Everglades, all within a couple of hours drive.
