The house is nice 3-bedroom villa, set on one floor and furnished in traditional Bulgarian folklore style.<BR><BR>The house offers three double rooms and equipped kitchen area. Each of the rooms has a TV and private bathrooms.<BR><BR>Alania house has a nice mechana with barbeque and outdoor oven. A total of 8 persons can be accommodated in the house.<BR>The house is located in the village of Gurkovo, which is famous for its nice and friendly people. <BR>Only 10 km away from the village is the popular Black Sea resort Balchik. Balchik with its castle and botanical garden is a real tourist attraction for everybody. <BR>Kaliakra Cape is also situated nearby. <BR>The famous Bulgarian rock concerts capital - Kavarna is just few kilometers away.<BR>There are some golf playgrounds near the village.<BR>The the sun, sand and sea lovers will find unique beaches along the Northern Black sea coast. There are possibilities for yachting, hunting and fishing. <BR><BR>
